When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days from the shipment date, depending on destination.

Why did I receive multiple packages?
Some items may ship from different warehouses or logistics partners, so receiving separate parcels is normal.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur due to customs, peak seasons, weather, or local courier issues. Tracking will show the latest updates.
If your order is not delivered within 50 business days from shipment, you are eligible for a full refund (see Shipping Policy).
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes—returns are accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy.
What items are not returnable?
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry once worn or unsealed) and made-to-order items may not be returnable unless defective or incorrect.
